Soewito Suhardiman Eddymurthy Kardono (SSEK) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Denny Rahmansyah, S.H., LL.M as a partner of the firm, effective January 2012.

Denny joined SSEK in 2001 and has been deeply involved ever since in various transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, plantations, private power and infrastructure projects. He is also experienced with oil and gas law, mining law, real estate and property law (including hotels and villas), anti-corruption law, telecommunications law, forestry law, foreign investment and general commercial and corporate laws.

In 2011, Denny was named by Asialaw Profiles as an “up-and-coming” lawyer for mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia.
